It’s football time!

The Premier League football season kicks off this weekend and we’d love to know your predictions, Nurishment fans!
There’s nothing better than a bit of footie, whether you’re watching it live, relaxing in the pub or gathering on the sofa with friends. Personally, we prefer the sofa option – it means you can choose your own snacks and no one gets cross when you get lost in the moment and start shouting advice at the players.
If you’re feeling athletic or fancy a bit of friendly competition, why not gather some mates and head to a park to play a game of your own?
