Nurishment Original

Nurishment extra
We’ve also made sure that new Nurishment Extra (the one in the bottle!) is packed with many of life’s daily essentials, including key vitamins and minerals.
We’ve included calcium for healthy bones, iron to help maintain fitness and zinc, the mineral that plays a key role in keeping your immune system up to scratch.
Like Original, Nurishment Extra is also rich in vitamins, including Vitamin C – an essential nutrient for wellbeing, Thiamin (B1) which converts blood sugar into energy and is essential for the nervous system and Riboflavin (B2) which helps to process calories from carbohydrates, protein and fat.
You’ll find lots of other vitamins in Nurishment Extra. These include B6 which helps to keep the brain in good working order, Niacin (B3) which helps with the digestive system, Folacin which is needed to make normal red blood cells and Vitamin B12 which contributes towards a healthy central nervous system.
Nurishment Extra is also suitable for mums to be and young children as it doesn’t contain Vitamin A or D.
