Team Nurishment Terms and Conditions

1. Individuals living in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry, are entitled to submit an application to Team Nurishment.

2. Applications for a donation/support from Team Nurishment can be submitted via the website http://www.nurishment.co.uk/ or in writing to Team Nurishment, Grace Foods UK Limited, Grace House, Bessemer Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire AL7 1HW. Follow the instructions to complete the online entry form including name, address, email and telephone number and tell us in less than 200 words about you/your team and how Team Nurishment could help, detailing the type and level of support you are looking for.

3. Applications are open from July 1, 2011 and will close on midnight on 31 December 2011. Only one application per person/club/organisation/team is allowed. Any applications submitted by the same person/club/organisation/ team will be rejected. All applicants must disclose details of any other support they are receiving from other organisation/s.

4. Applications (including any copyright in them) become the property of the Promoter and can be used by the Promoter for any purpose.

5. Proof of submitting an application is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or destroyed due to any technical failure or otherwise.

6. The Promoter will make donations up to a total value of £1000 each month in cash and/or kind to the most deserving applications selected that month. Unsuccessful applications (but which are in all other respects valid) submitted in any month may be carried forward to be re-considered by the panel in subsequent months of the promotion along with new applicants. Monthly assessment will take place no later than 5 working days after the end of each month, with the final judging in December 2011.

7. Applications will be considered monthly by an independent panel appointed by the Promoter. Each application will be individually assessed and the panel will determine the most deserving applications each month and the value of the donation to be awarded to each of the selected applications. The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The panel will base its decision on a number of factors and the Promoter reserves the right not to allocate the entire monthly fund where the panel considers that the quality of the applications received in the relevant month is not sufficient or the causes and purposes are not sufficiently worthy. Where the monthly fund is not allocated in its entirety in any month, the balance will be carried over to the following month, for allocation by the judges in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that the monthly fund is not allocated in its entirety, the balance will remain the property of the Promoter and will not be distributed as part of this Promotion.

8. Successful recipients of support donations will be contacted by email within 28 days of the end of the relevant month in which they were successful. Recipients will be requested to nominate their preferred payment method for their support donation. Cash donations will not be made.

9. Recipients of donations agree to participate in any promotional activities requested by the Promoter and may be asked to commit providing regular updates on their performance and for us to feature those updates on www.nurishment.co.uk. By submitting an application, successful applicants consent to the Promoter using the recipient's name, image and description of their purpose and/or fundraising activity, for advertising and publicity purposes.

10. Each support donation is non-transferable.

11. The support donation provided should only be used for the purpose(s) declared in the original application, unless the Promoter agrees a change of use with the recipient in writing. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the support donation (or any part of it) not used for the purpose(s) indicated in the recipient's original application or for the purposes specified in any agreed change of use.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by a recipient in using the support donation. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. A recipient of a support donation shall be responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt or use of such support donation.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any applicant or any third party.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the promotion in the event of a technical fault which prevents applications being received in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, the Promoter shall have no liability to any applicants.

15. For UK residents/clubs/organisations, this promotion is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. For Irish residents/clubs/organisations, this promotion is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. By taking part in this promotion applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of a failure to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to refuse to make a support donation or reclaim any support donation (in whole or in part) which has been made.
