Try our smoothie recipe packed full of vitamins, minerals, and protein to give you a boost this summer, made with our Nurishment Vanilla flavoured milk drink. This recipe can be done using either can or bottled variant.
- 1 ripe mango (peeled & diced)
- 1/2 a ripe banana
- 150ml of Vanilla Nurishment can or bottle
- 2 tablespoons of low fat natural yogurt
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- A few drops of natural vanilla extract (optional)
- Freshly grated nutmeg, dried coconut & fresh mango to garnish.
Place fruits, Nurishment, ice cubes and remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, dust with grated nutmeg, dried coconut, and fresh mango.
